PENINSULA SYMPHONY Association Memberships are the single most important funding source of our concert season and are fully tax deductible. When you increase your membership level, you get the new benefit in addition to all of the benefits of the lower membership level. Your donation may be enhanced by matching gifts, as many employers match the donation of their employees or retirees. The good news is that if the matching gift moves you into a higher giving level, you will receive the benefits of the new level. So, please check with your company to see if a matching gift program exists. Payment Options

For your convenience, we now offer three payment options. First, "Single Payment" by check or card. Fill out the form, print it and mail it and with a check to our office. Second, a single payment through PayPal with a credit/debit card. Finally, a "Sustaining Membership" with monthly payment by credit/debit card through PayPal. The "Sustaining Membership" is available only through PayPal.
